Downgrades only happen if you don’t maintain the Stellar Points needed to maintain your level. Don’t worry; we’ll let you know beforehand if you’re coming close to a downgrade.
Example:
If Captain level requires a minimum of 5 Stellar Points each month, but you only reach 4 Stellar Points, you would be downgraded to Lieutenant.
4.3. To become a Space Lieutenant, you need one Lifetime Deposit.
4.4. To become a Space Captain, you need two Lifetime Deposits.
5.1 The great news is we will keep track of your Stellar Points progression for you and assign a Stellar Level to your account automatically. As soon as you have enough points, you will be upgraded to the next level.
5.2 On the 1st of each month, we review your level for possible downgrade based on the points you’ve collected in the past full calendar month.
You can be downgraded to a lower level if you do not meet the Stellar Points required to stay at your current Rewards Program Level.
Your Stellar Level is valid for one month from the 1st of the month.
Here’s an example:
Let’s say you got an upgrade on April 15th. You automatically get the upgrade right away, and the benefits for the upgraded level will stay locked in place for the remainder of April, as well as the entire month of May. On June 1st, your level will be re-evaluated.
